When IntrinXec was formed in 2004, our founder, Jaime Nolan, had a clear vision for the company:

Twelve years later, we are proud to see that this vision has come to life. In fact, the entire team at IntrinXec collectively created a purpose statement for IntrinXec: “To inspire meaningful success.”

We provide full service management, events, and consulting for nonprofit trade associations and professional societies. Our clients range from small statewide organizations to international business trade groups, and we serve them in areas such as executive level staffing, strategic planning, meeting and conference management, publication management, graphic design, member services, financial management and much more.

Management PhilosophyA ssociations are not needed for the same reasons that they were created for 50-100 years ago. Today’s associations need to learn to adapt to the changing business environment if they want to continue to stay relevant.

We believe that association leaders should be spending the majority of their time on creating value for their members and driving improvements in their industry.
