When IntrinXec was formed in 2004, our founder, Jaime Nolan, had a clear vision for the company:

Twelve years later, we are proud to see that this vision has come to life. In fact, the entire team at IntrinXec collectively created our purpose statement: “To inspire meaningful success.” From celebrating our clients’ successes, to company successes, to each other’s personal successes, you will feel the passion and camaraderie in all of your interactions with our team. Our four core values (integrity, continuous improvement, respect, and collaboration) are celebrated and recognized every month at our staff meetings, and successes and challenges our team members face are shared and discussed collectively.
