Kenyatta joined the IntrinXec team as an Administrative Assistant to support the CXPA team. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in the fields of Administrative Services and Customer Service. She’s passionate about the customer experience and what it stands for so much so, that she understands the importance of making sure her voice is heard when she’s had an amazing experience with a brand. She states, “often times businesses only hear about what’s wrong with their experiences instead of an experience where everything was overwhelmingly extraordinary.” She feels this type of feedback is key to helping organizations grow in the CX realm. While recognition is a great basis for incentive to aim higher, acknowledgement can also be used as a part of the metrics to attain this goal.
