We are < in-trin-sik, -zik >, nice to meet you!
When IntrinXec was formed in 2004, by founder, Jaime Nolan, there was a clear vision for the company:
Sixteen years later, we are proud to see that this vision has come to life. Having been named one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work by Minnesota Business Magazine for six consecutive years (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018), our employees are dedicated to the success of our clients and each other’s success. In fact, the entire team at IntrinXec collectively created our purpose statement: “To inspire meaningful success.” From celebrating our clients’ successes, to company successes, to each other’s personal successes, you will feel the passion and camaraderie in all of your interactions with our team. Our four core values (integrity, continuous improvement, respect, and collaboration) are celebrated and recognized every month at our staff meetings, and successes and challenges our team members face are shared and discussed collectively.
This teamwork approach provides greater value to our clients in that we are able to provide a greater depth of experience and shared knowledge across the board.
Collectively, the team at IntrinXec developed four core values which form the foundation on which we perform work, engage our partners, and conduct ourselves. The values underlie our work, how we interact with each other, and which strategies we employ to fulfill our mission.
We believe and hope that these core values will be evident to your organization and its members in all that we do for your organization.
Associations are not needed for the same reasons that they were created for 50 to 100 years ago. Today’s associations need to learn to adapt to the changing business environment if they want to continue to stay relevant.
We believe that association leaders should be spending the majority of their time on creating value for their members and driving improvement in their industry.
The problem is, most association leaders become more focused on the tactical details of running the organization and managing volunteers than they do on creating a better future.
We call this the Operations Focus Trap™, and if you’re not careful, it will sink all the passion in your organization.
Associations are made of four pillars — Finance, Member Engagement, Leadership, and Organizational Structure. When one is weak, it negatively affects the performance of the others.
We believe the role of your management team is to ensure that these four pillars are continuously evaluated and strengthened. We realize that our company can only grow if our clients are successful long-term. That is why you can be sure that our ultimate objective is to see you achieve your goals and improve your industry.
The AMC Institute Accreditation Program provides a process which ensures that AMCs have documented policies and procedures in place that support quality standards and exceptional customer service of clients in areas such as Client Contracts; Servicing Clients; Service Evaluation; Financial Controls; Insurance Requirements; Employee Recruitment and Selection; Employee Evaluation and Training; Subcontracting Requirements; and Record Keeping Requirements.
The AMC Institute is recognized by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) as the developer of the AMC Standard. With more than 500 AMCs worldwide, the AMC / ANSI Standard serves as the basis for the AMC Accreditation Program.
In order for an AMC to become accredited, they are required to undergo an independent review by a third-party CPA. The importance of this independent review is to verify that the AMC actively follows and has policies and procedures in place to support all areas identified in the Accreditation Program.
Earning accreditation through the AMC Institute is an enormous accomplishment and demonstrates an AMC’s commitment to consistent, high quality service. It shows that an AMC has developed comprehensive quality control systems, giving assurance to volunteer leaders searching for the right AMC. IntrinXec is proud to be an AMC Institute Accredited firm since 2004.
